LICENSE AGREEMENT

Free WMA to MP3 Converter provided as FREEWARE for non-commercial use (at
home).

Free WMA to MP3 Converter may be freely distributed, with exceptions
noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified.

The Third Party DLL File

Free WMA to MP3 Converter use LAME (distributed and licensed under
the LGPL) as mp3 encoder. LAME is the best mp3 encoding library around,
and is constantly improved by many open source developers. You can
always get LAME from http://lame.sf.net.

THIS PROGRAM AND ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS ARE
PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
